Cam Martens is the owner and operator of Top Notch Diesel Performance & Tuning, where his dedication to precision and performance has built him a reputation for excellence. A true perfectionist in his craft, Cam is constantly pushing limits and setting new standards in everything he does.
A hard-working outdoorsman at heart, Cam has always had a passion for motors, machines, and adventure. If it has an engine, he's fixed it - and if it runs right, he's probably ridden it.
That same drive and passion led him to his next venture: Top Notch Outfitting. Combining his love for the outdoors with his commitment to quality, Cam has created an unmatched ice fishing experience. From top-of-the-line electronics and premium gear to the custom track-equipped van that taxis clients to their fishing spots, no detail has been overlooked.

It all started when I was a young boy growing up northeast of Winnipeg in a small town. I spent most of my days outdoors - running around, learning how to cast a fishing rod, and perfecting my aim with a pellet gun. My father and grandfather noticed my growing passion for hunting and fishing, and from that moment on, I was hooked.
Any spare time I had was spent casting off our dock on the Winnipeg River, chasing pike, bass, walleye - anything that would bite. I was captivated not only by the thrill of the chase but also by the quiet stillness the river offered. When I wasn’t fishing, I was shooting - first with a pellet gun, then a .22, and eventually with an ever-growing collection of rifles, muzzleloaders, and shotguns. I loved fine-tuning my skills, experimenting with different distances, reloading, cleaning, and constantly striving for precision.
As I’ve grown older, my passion for the outdoors has only deepened. The drive and excitement I felt as a kid are still with me today. What fuels me now is helping others experience that same thrill - whether it’s landing a personal best, earning a Master Angler badge, or taking their next big shot.
Guiding has become more than just a job for me; it’s a true passion and the natural next step in my journey. It would be my honour to guide you on your next adventure.
